Responsibilities

- Present findings at global tech ethics summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and establish departmental best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic bias, or responsible technology
- Published work in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong programming skills (Python, R) for empirical research
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
