Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Experience with regulatory frameworks governing autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in AGI development
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Public speaking experience at AI ethics conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT)
- Published work on AI alignment or value learning systems
