Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance protocols for deployment in 2026-era autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and advise compliance strategies
- Document ethical risk assessments and mitigation plans for board-level review
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to address ethical implications of hybrid AI-quantum models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in implementing bias mitigation frameworks (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in responsible AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethics a significant advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
