- Create transparency protocols for automated decision-making systems
- Represent the organization at international AI ethics forums and working groups
- Mentor technical teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning model explainability and fairness metrics
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible technology (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy matters
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
