Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical risk assessments for production AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces including engineers, legal, and product teams
- Design transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes AI applications
- Establish governance policies for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior team members on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global AI regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on AI policy development
