- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic technology investments
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption and digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Foster strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Drive organizational change management for new technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred
- Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, or emerging tech domains
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
