Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their market impact
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Produce thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynote speeches)
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment in 2026+
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Advise C-suite on technology investment decisions for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record in predicting tech trends (published work a plus)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts to strategic value
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futurist studies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
