Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging tech trends for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop roadmap for integrating quantum computing, AI neural networks, and biotech interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Build and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through investor presentations and white papers
- Present at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted applications
