Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage innovation incubators for experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
