- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives focused on future-ready technologies.
- Establish governance frameworks for data security and compliance in evolving environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Blockchain technologies.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term vision.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
