- Drive R&D investments in biotech-convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous technologies
- Present future-state blueprints to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor talent in exponential thinking and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in scaling quantum or AI initiatives
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies and horizon scanning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC)
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and systems architecture
- Portfolio of deployed exponential technologies
