- Analyze global market shifts to anticipate industry disruptions and adapt our roadmap accordingly.
- Mentor senior engineering and product teams, fostering a growth mindset and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level business visions into actionable technical blueprints.
- Oversee the lifecycle of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to ensure scalability and feasibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, R&D management, or strategic planning.
- Proven history of driving digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive management.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and innovative environments.
