Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into multi-year business roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Author 'Horizon 2026' thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions and government think tanks
- Develop ethical governance protocols for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor internal 'Future Architects' program cultivating next-gen strategic talent
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year future scenario frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent global forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
