Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision roadmap integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech innovations
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends across biotech, AI, and sustainable energy sectors
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into market-ready prototypes with 18-month launch cycles
- Present strategic foresight to executive board and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage $2M annual innovation fund for experimental projects aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Build and lead a 12-person Future Strategy team specializing in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Represent FutureWorks at Davos, CES, and global tech summits as a thought leader on next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI governance, and carbon-negative tech
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) or equivalent foresight training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for trend visualization
- Experience securing patents and launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Global network of researchers, VCs, and policy influencers across tech innovation ecosystems
