Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Produce actionable reports on macroeconomic shifts, regulatory changes, and societal impacts
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and emerging technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder engagement
