Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Computational Social Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., weak signal analysis, STEEP-VR forecasting)
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and trend visualization platforms
- Demonstrated track record of predicting market disruptions (published case studies required)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
