Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and policy recommendations for global stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate existential risks while maximizing positive societal impact
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and industry disruptor forums
- Mentor next-generation talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario planning capabilities using advanced frameworks
