As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will oversee the roadmap for our next-gen technologies, working closely with R&D, product, and engineering departments to align on our 2026 vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Analyze emerging market trends and technological disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Define architectural standards and technical governance frameworks that ensure scalability and security for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives with a focus on long-term (5+ year) forecasting.
- Strong expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
