Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with real-world impact
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems for next-gen AI solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability and error correction
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography infrastructure
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Pioneer quantum applications in healthcare, logistics, and materials science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and algorithm design
- Proven track record in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
