- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future vision execution
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition opportunities in frontier tech
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $50M+ market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic technology initiatives with measurable outcomes
