- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP)
