- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate innovation into market-ready solutions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 12+ specialists

- Report innovation KPIs and ROI to the board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business units
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
