Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of 2026 technology roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Develop proof-of-concept projects for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present vision frameworks to investors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development
- Proven track record leading futuristic initiatives (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
