Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype 2026-focused innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps with 3-5 year timelines
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field or demonstrated equivalent expertise
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals/conferences
- Strong understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
