- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Produce annual 'Future State' white papers with 15-year predictive models
- Manage $5M innovation portfolio allocation based on future viability metrics
- Represent company at Davos, World Economic Forum, and MIT Future Conferences
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and their impact on technological adoption curves
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or national research institutions
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential required
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
