Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks by synthesizing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps aligning organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, CFTE) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Experience scaling strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic drivers of change
