Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with 5-10 year horizons for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating design thinking, agile methodologies, and exponential technologies
- Present future forecasts to C-suite executives using data visualization and compelling narrative frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex futures research into actionable product development strategies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research projects or published foresight work
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or related frameworks
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
