- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions for autonomous systems
- Present future trend briefings to C-suite executives and government policymakers
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI and human augmentation
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future of work or digital transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
