As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep technological foresight, and excels at translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines for product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early trend detection
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight analytics framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, biotechnology, renewable energy, or quantum computing
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities (e.g., Singularity University, World Economic Forum)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
