Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI/quantum convergence and climate tech adoption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for geopolitical and technological disruption forecasting
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Author seminal thought leadership on ethical AI and exponential technologies
- Manage $10M innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global policy forums
- Mentor 2026 Fellowship Program for emerging tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech policy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Published research on quantum computing or AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or systems modeling
- Experience with UN SDG alignment and ESG impact measurement
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
