Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) to forecast 2026 market landscapes and competitive threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to 2026 technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers on 2026 industry disruptors and opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners for continuous insight generation
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots, investments, and innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 realities
- Translate foresight into actionable KPIs and roadmap milestones for R&D and business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three 2026-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future scenarios (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics)
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational strategy during technological inflection points
