Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to predict disruptive innovations by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for business continuity in rapidly evolving markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future readiness and adaptation strategies
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks and ESG principles
