Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on quantum AI, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Design immersive future-state simulations for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for trend forecasting
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption
- Experience with scenario planning and Monte Carlo forecasting models
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact from future-oriented projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
