Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Design and validate disruptive prototypes with rapid prototyping cycles
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 labs
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or climate modeling
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ successful future-focused projects
