Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation frameworks aligned with 2026 technology forecasts
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional ideation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and adoption rates
- Partner with academic institutions to identify breakthrough research partnerships

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
