Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Translate foresight into actionable product/business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech impacts (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build and maintain an external futurist network for insights
- Measure innovation ROI through KPI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech foresight
- Proven experience translating trends into business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in future trends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR)
