Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 10+ years leading disruptive tech initiatives
- Published work in Nature or Science on emerging tech
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented 2026-relevant innovations
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA high-risk/high-reward programs
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Track record of scaling tech from concept to global deployment
