Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and tech convergence trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions (AI, quantum computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and drive adoption of forward-looking strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech integration
- Report on innovation KPIs and ROI for futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams (engineering, design, business)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, System Thinking)
