- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks post-regulatory shifts
- Partner with governments on 6G spectrum allocation and satellite constellation design
- Drive commercialization of neuro-interfaces and brain-compute interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futuristic Systems Architecture
- 10+ years experience in C-suite tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (post-2020)
- Expertise in ISO 27001 quantum security standards and NIST AI frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
