Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Stack: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation software architectures that integrate Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) with quantum processing units.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 5-year technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon Labs, ensuring we remain years ahead of the curve in 2026 technology trends.
- Neural Interface Development: Oversee the development of low-latency, high-bandwidth protocols for direct brain-computer interfaces (BCI).
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on solving complex problems in autonomous systems and smart environments.
- Security & Ethics: Establish robust security protocols for decentralized networks and ensure ethical AI governance standards are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product designers and hardware engineers to create seamless, immersive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum computing principles.
- Future-Ready Skills: Proficiency in Rust, Python, and emerging 2026-era programming paradigms (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI integration).
