Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for Project 2026, focusing on AI integration and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to deliver cutting-edge prototypes.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, future-proof architectures.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and performance in high-stakes environments.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Synthetic Data) to inform product strategy.
- Mentor senior staff and junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or advanced computing fields.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
