Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
- Chair cross-functional ethics committees including engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Establish industry-wide certification standards for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead crisis response protocols for ethical violations in AI systems
- Conduct regular bias audits and impact assessments across AI product lines
- Represent company in global ethics policy forums and regulatory discussions
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Proven track record developing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise systems
- Expertise in international AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Published research in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or regulatory bodies
