Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and provide exceptional customer service at event entrances/exits
- Set up and break down event equipment, signage, and staging areas
- Monitor crowd compliance with safety protocols and venue policies
- Assist with VIP guest coordination and special requests
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Tucson
- Basic customer service experience preferred
