Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues per client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd control during high-traffic events
- Operate technical equipment (sound, lighting, registration systems)
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless execution
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation with professional demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Greater Cincinnati
- Basic technical aptitude for AV equipment or registration systems
- Previous event/concert experience preferred but not required
