Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and ensure operational excellence
- Train new staff on brewing techniques, safety protocols, and brand standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail in drink preparation and sanitation practices
