Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm engagement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and dining areas
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee skills and menu knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expertise in espresso preparation and latte art techniques
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred (ServSafe®)
