Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service in our Buffalo locations
- Manage inventory and scheduling through our remote portal
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Collaborate with team members via remote communication tools
- Participate in virtual training sessions and coffee tastings
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations efficiently
- Support digital marketing initiatives for local promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Ability to work 3-4 days per week including weekend availability
- Strong remote communication skills (Slack, Zoom, email)
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid NY food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality service
- Reliable transportation to Buffalo locations
