Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at assigned events, including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Ensure venue safety and adherence to event protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage event setup, breakdown, and equipment handling as directed by supervisors
- Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly guest flow during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event operations
- Report incidents and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Represent the brand professionally with polished appearance and courteous demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various Irvine locations
- Basic knowledge of event setup and teardown procedures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous event staffing experience highly desirable
