Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and provide exceptional customer service at event entrances and key areas
- Set up, tear down, and monitor event equipment (stages, signage, barriers)
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during all events
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support
- Collect tickets, scan credentials, and manage access control points
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/concert staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Texas driver's license or state-issued ID
