Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Operate POS systems with accuracy for orders, payments, and inventory tracking
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all café equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Engage warmly with customers, offering product recommendations and personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and retail products
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must be at least 18 years old
